Our postage is determined by the weight of the item. Once you proceed to the checkout you will be given a variety of options on how you would like your item posted. Please choose your postage option carefully, especially for items over £39,as you might want to insure them incase they get lost or damaged whilst in transit. If you do not take out insurance to cover the amount, we can not be held responsible.
Returns
We only accept items returned items if damaged whilst in transit or considered to be faulty. If there is a problem with your item please call (01522 538717) before returning to let us know.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY ITEM RETURNED AS FAULTY WILL BE THOROUGHERLY CHECKED OUT. IF ITEM HAS BEEN MISUSED/MANHANDLED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
